Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design Sales Plan and review it regularly.
∎ Execute the sales strategy to ensure Organization's Vision
∎ Formulate periodical targets and optimize accordingly
∎ Achieving monthly sales targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends
∎ Develop and manage sales budgets
∎ Conduct Sales related campaigns and activation programs
∎ Identify potential markets / clients along with new sales opportunity
∎ Establish guideline to develop effective Sales strategy and ensure extraordinary customer experience
∎ Create and Manage customer database and align with the organizational system
∎ Maintain relationship with the customers
∎ Monitor existing competitions activities and compete accordingly
∎ Regular Report Generation and Presentation
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management related to the role profile.
