Education:
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance & Banking

CA-CC/ ACCA/ CMA (Partly Qualified).

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 42 years
  • Knowledge of accounting software, general ledger, prepare financial statement taxation, VAT

  • Maintain Receipts & Payment Vouchers, Journal Voucher, Cash Book, General Ledger, Bank Book, Bill Register, Debtors & Creditors Ledger, Party Payment Registers, and Employees Register

  • Reporting skill, communication skill

  • Large or multinational organization experience

  • Expert in Microsoft Word & Excel

  • Good in English & Bengali typing

  • Able to work under pressure



Responsibilities & Context:

Looking for an experienced individual who can handle all sorts of necessary Accounts, Vat & Tax, Banking related matters as per requirements.

  • Responsible for handling & monitoring company Accounts & Finance.

  • Auditing & Budgeting activities.

  • Manage all financial activities in compliance with accounting standards.

  • Review, manage and structure the company`s financial and management reporting systems and streamline processes to provide management with relevant and timely financial information.

  • Provide strategic and financial advice for the business.

  • Co-ordinate and prepare annual budgets, including operating, capital expenditure budgets monthly financial and management reports and perform variance analysis.

  • Manage company funds investment to achieve the target annual return.

  • Responsible for overall funds flow requirements of the company, and investment opportunities.

  • Making Salary Sheet & Necessary things.

  • Handling Companies all sorts of VAT & TAX, Legal Law issues independently.

  • Maintaining all VAT related register as per New VAT & SD Act 2012 & Rule 2016 & also has to be keep this record in NBR approved VAT software and own MS-Excel.

  • Prepare necessary VAT & TAX related documents as per the requirement of concerned government authorities.

  • Ensure VAT returns are prepared, reviewed and submitted within deadlines to avoid penalties/interest.

  • Must have adequate knowledge on Tax Return Preparation and Submission.

  • Assist in preparation of Annual Financial Statements.

  • Assist to ensure compliance of fiscal laws.

  • Any other job assigned by the management time to time.
