• Strong understanding of formulation development, analytical methods, and process development concepts.

• Hands-on exposure to laboratory instruments such as HPLC, GC, Dissolution Tester, etc. (preferred).

• Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving ability.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills for discussions with R&D scientists.

• Ability to create professional checklists, summaries, and detailed technical visit reports.

• Professional attitude, teamwork, and strong representation skills.

• Minimum 3–7 years of experience strictly in Pharma R&D (Formulation Development or related R&D functional areas).

• Experience in product transfer, technology transfer, or scale-up from R&D to production is highly valued.

Job Purpose:

The role is responsible for supporting formulation development, process evaluation, technical coordination, and product transfer activities. The incumbent will closely collaborate with R&D teams, review technical data, participate in discussions with formulation scientists, and prepare detailed visit reports. This position requires strong analytical capabilities, hands-on technical understanding, and the ability to represent the company professionally during R&D visits and technical meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review formulation development data, process development details, and analytical method information from R&D teams.

• Interpret laboratory results, stability study reports, and analytical data.

• Assess raw materials, APIs, excipients, and their functional characteristics in formulations.

• Support scale-up activities transitioning from R&D to production environments.

• Assist in the product transfer and technology transfer process.

• Liaise with internal teams to ensure technical feasibility and smooth implementation.

• Prepare structured checklists for technical discussions during R&D visits.

• Draft comprehensive R&D visit reports, technical summaries, and follow-up recommendations.

• Maintain organized documentation of product information and technical data.

• Communicate effectively with formulation scientists and technical counterparts.

• Participate in technical meetings, formulation discussions, and review sessions.

• Ensure timely coordination between internal teams and partner R&D units.

• Ensure adherence to GMP-related technical expectations when working with R&D data.

• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding formulations, processes, analytical results, and all sensitive information.
