• Minimum graduation from a recognized institution;

• Military experience as JCO (Junior Commissioned Officer) /equivalent (Bangladesh Army, Navy, or Air Force) will be given preference;

• Experience in pharmaceutical sector security will be considered as an added advantage;

• Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office applications and relevant software operation;

• Strong leadership, discipline and effective communication skills are highly preferred.

• Oversee security supervisors and guards, including shift scheduling and attendance;

• Ensure proper visitor management and compliance with security protocols;

• Monitor CCTV, alarms and maintain 24/7 security coverage;

• Prepare and maintain daily security, incident and shift handover reports;

• Protect company assets from theft, damage or unauthorized access;

• Respond to security incidents and coordinate with authorities when required;

• Conduct fire, safety and security training for security personnel;

• Maintain security records and ensure compliance with company policies;

• Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors and vehicles;

• Support management in implementing safety and security procedures.
