Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CA(CC)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct monthly financial audit according to auditing standard, company policy and audit program.
∎ Check of all kinds of financial transactions according to approved SOP of internal audit.
∎ Conduct surprise cash audit monthly basis.
∎ Verification of price comparisons and product quality.
∎ Market verification of procure items according to the audit plan.
∎ Identifying risk factors and control weakness and assist to develop control mechanism to resolve.
∎ Check branch wise sales, collection, deposit, expenses, receivable and payable.
∎ Conduct branch/warehouse wise inventory audit periodically.
∎ Analysis the sales, collection, expenses, inventory & receivable time to time.
∎ Time to time visit to customer's/supplier's place for balance confirmation and reconciliation.
∎ Conduct surprise audit on suspected fraud and error.
∎ Others task as per Management requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases.
∎ Ability to work with large amounts of data and prepare detailed reports.
∎ Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations.
∎ High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
∎ Sound independent judgement.
Salary: Negotiable
