Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduation in Accounting or Finance from any leading university/ CA CC from a reputed firm with Knowledge Level qualification.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish, Maintain and reconcile the general ledger.
∎ Monitor payment status for all accounts dues.
∎ Ensure proper Maintenance of books of Accounts/ Registers.
∎ Ensure timely reporting of all day to day financial information.
∎ Reconcile of Petty Cash & Bank.
∎ Inventory Management.
∎ Keeping record of transaction & preparation of all kinds of voucher both in Manual & Software.
∎ Preparation & Maintenance of requisition slips & bills.
∎ Work on Tally software
∎ Provide information and guidance for the preparation of board resolution for banks and financial institution.
∎ Prepare the monthly/ quarterly/ yearly accounts and financial reports on a regular basis
∎ Monitor the short- & long-term Bank Loans and maintain liaison with Bank & other financial institutions for smooth operation of fund management
∎ Monitor the Tax & VAT related matters and maintain liaison with Tax & VAT authorities
∎ Review and oversee the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the company including revenue/expense and balance sheet reports for various analysis.
∎ Develop and maintain systems and process for internal controls and arrange to conduct internal audit on regular basis
∎ Maintain relationships with Govt. & Other Regulatory Bodies including RJSC, BOI, NBR, TAX & VAT Authorities, Bank & Other Financial Institutes, External & Internal Auditors
∎ Perform the duties & responsibilities to a high professional and ethical standard and perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
