Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ M. Com in Accounting / Finance
∎ Professional qualification is required i.e., CA CC/CA knowledge level/ACCA (Part qualified)/CMA (Part qualified)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create and monitor a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the redecoration of fixed asset.
∎ Provide recommendation for any update to any accounting policies related to fixed assets.
∎ Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the accounting system.
∎ Track the compilation of project costs into fixed asset accounts, and close out those accounts once the related projects have been completed
∎ Reconcile the balance in the fixed asset subsidiary ledger to the summary-level account in the general ledger
∎ Review and update the detailed schedule of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation.
∎ Recommend and execute whether fixed asset should be disposed off or not with the prior consent of concerned authority.
∎ Conduct analysis related to fixed assets as asked by management.
∎ Prepare audit schedules relating to fixed assets, and assist the auditors in their inquiries.
∎ Track company expenditures for fixed assets in comparison to the capital budget and management authorizations.
∎ To Perform any other jobs as and when assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in Accounts & Finance, comprehensive income statement and General Ledger.
∎ Work experience in ORACLE EBS will be an added advantage.
