∎ B.Com/M.Com in Accounting with CA (CC),

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and Review Billing Processes (Accounts Payable/ Receivable).
∎ Cost Benefit Analysis of each activity in business Processes, identifying Key and critical processes to operate at optimum Cost.
∎ Monitor the monthly and actual expenses to expenditure, projection of fund disbursement plan.
∎ Prepare and maintain Bank related transactions in the recommended software.
∎ Prepare Bank Reconciliation.
∎ Maintain receipts and Payment Vouchers, Cash Book, Ledger and different register to Finance and Accounts.
∎ Check daily expenditures, vouchers, Requisition.
∎ Check daily sales, and delivery.
∎ Maintain all account books/registers/ledgers etc.
∎ Entry all kinds of accounting adjustment transaction in software.
∎ Prepare account reports that are Income statement, Balance sheet, Cash flow & others necessary statements -(monthly, half-yearly as well as yearly).
∎ Prepare monthly salary statements and arrange salary payments to the staff.
∎ Manage and disburse cash.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Finance.
∎ Must have good communication skills in English.
∎ Effective communication and interpersonal skills and command on the Computer.
∎ Should have strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
∎ Must have the ability to work under pressure.
∎ Very efficient on the Software, Computer and Presentation with skills.
∎ Daily Update Report writing skills in Bengali and English.
∎ Follow up with Meeting and Planning and budgeting skills.
∎ Weekly Visit to the Filling Station Sites for Auditing and Reporting to the Management.
