Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Reporting daily fund position of all bank accounts.
∎ Monitor and reconcile daily bank and petty cash transactions.
∎ Monitoring daily sales order approval, collection, receivable and product delivery Monitoring trade payables recording and supplier payment requirement.
∎ Leading ERP recording of financial transactions on time.
∎ Monthly bank loan liability reporting of all units within 3rd day of every month.
∎ Regular update and reporting bank wise loan payment schedule.
∎ Monthly cash flow forecasting and variance.
∎ Investigate and analyze month on month, year on year variances in revenue and expenses.
∎ Directly monitoring and collaboration with factory accounts, store, distribution and VAT team.
∎ Leading periodic physical inventory counts and reconcile with system records.
∎ Monthly ageing report of supplier wise payable and customer wise receivable.
∎ Identify opportunities for accounting process optimization and cost controlling.
∎ Work cross-functionally to implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives. Preparation of monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly financial statements Provide input and insights for financial forecasts and projections.
∎ Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
∎ Assist in internal and external audits, necessary documentation and explanations related to audit.
∎ Leading month end accounts closing activities.
∎ Undertake special projects and ad-hoc analysis as required by the reporting senior or senior mgt.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies.

∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sr. Executive-Accounts will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation & reporting of Accounts department.
∎
∎ In addition, he will be responsible for the financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, auditing and controlling, assets and liabilities reconciliation, working capital and cash control with safekeeping and updating of all financial documentation.
