∎ Bachelor/ Master degree in Accounting.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting, Accounting Data Entry, Accounting Software, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strong capabilities to communicate with the dealer to collect the due amount on time.
∎ Prepare dealer statement on daily, monthly and quarterly basis and reconcile with sales and collection.
∎ Reconcile dealer collection with bank to ensure all payment are accounted for and properly posted.
∎ Prepare daily, monthly & quarterly sales and collection report.
∎ Recording daily transactions sales, receivable and collection.
∎ Regular collection entry posting.
∎ Prepare sales bill, voucher and posting to system.
∎ Ensuring accounting journal entries into the software.
∎ Preparing cash debit vouchers.
∎ Prepare regular fund flow statement.
∎ Reconciling of liquid cash balance with ERP balance.
∎ Provision of sales relate expenses and other expenses.
∎ Any other job as decided by the upper management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having experience in LPG sector will be considered as highly preference candidates.
∎ Proficient in MS office suit & ERP software.
∎ Should well-behaved, honest and able to work timely
