We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Sr. Executive, Accounts, Bay Group corporate office at Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check and verify all kinds of bill & vouchers for ensuring the accuracy of accounting records and procedures.
∎ Take approval of all bills/invoices/vouchers from the approval authority according to the power of delegation.
∎ Checking of all payment voucher either cash or cheque posted into Cask Book, Bank Book and General Ledger by the accounts executives and give approval after examination of the accuracy.
∎ Checking of all Purchase Delivery Challan, MRR/GRN and ensure proper recording in the General Ledger as well as Store Ledger.
∎ Lead and guide to prepare monthly stock report by the Store Department with valuation discussing with Audit Department and send to all users of the company.
∎ Checking of inter-company transaction register/ledger.
∎ Ensure Compliance with TAX and VAT deducted at Source and other TAX & VAT requirements.
∎ Preparing monthly financial statements, quarterly financial statements and yearly financial statements for the group.
∎ The candidate should have sound knowledge regarding Tax and VAT laws of Bangladesh related to a manufacturing company.
∎ Affiliation with accounting software like Tally ERP- 9.
∎ Any other tasks as may be assigned by the line manager or company management from time to time for the sake of the company or the group as a whole.
