∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting Information System
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Cost & Management Accounting, Finance/ Accounts
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintenance of general accounting including preparing journal entries, maintaining balance sheet schedules and ledgers and account and bank reconciliations.
∎ Preparation of month-end closings, account analysis and preparation of monthly profit & Loss statement. Credit control of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
∎ Preparation of annual budgets and forecasts and application of monitoring tools.
∎ Payroll administration, Tax computations and returns, account/bank reconciliations, preparation and coordination of the audit process.
∎ Implementing & monitoring standard accounting practices & its day to day applications and attending to all banking & government statutory requirements of the organization
∎ Relationship with banks and all bank related functions.
∎ Developing/recommending effective financial strategies and plans for the management of company resources in order to maximize bottom line results and return on investments.
∎ Providing for the accurate, complete and timely submission of required financial reports, forecasts and analyses
∎ Monitoring all VAT, Tax Banking, Insurance and company related matters
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Hands on experience on operating Tally accounting software
∎ Factory fund management.
∎ Accumulates Cost Centre's data.
∎ Any other task related to job responsibility given by management.
