Educational Requirements:
∎ Honors/masters in accountant.
∎ (B.Com / BBA / MBA) in Accounting
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain cash and bank transaction.
∎ To prepare receipts and payment statements, cash and fund flow statement.
∎ Preparation daily Financial Budgets.
∎ Receive and verify bills/records against the company records.
∎ Record bank transactions in computerized.
∎ Prepare daily and monthly cash-receivable reconciliation and bank reconciliation.
∎ Maintain suppliers account, record and update payment information.
∎ Prepare and present sales Invoice, collection and outstanding report in the fortnightly meeting.
∎ Work on Troyee Software to update on bank transaction, AIT/ VAT, Customer invoices, due aging, reconciliation, etc
∎ Check bills, vouchers and entry in computerized database.
∎ Draft all kinds of financial documentation.
∎ To prepare management report on monthly, quarterly, half yearly, yearly and as when necessary and submit the reports to the management in time.
∎ Any other responsibilities as per management requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be excellent in Office Application (MS Word, MS Excel & Power Point) & typing both English & Bengali, Accounting software, (ERP)
∎ Should have excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
∎ Team player and able to coordinate with other departments.
∎ Good communication skills in Bengali & English.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Approx. (20,000Tk) Or Negotiable.
(Depending on the candidate`s capabilities, knowledge and experiences.)
