Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a dedicated and efficient professional to successfully run education consultancy business. He will be responsible to run the business and lead the team for smooth operation.
∎ Job Location: Mirpur 10, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Advising potential students on education opportunities in overseas.
∎ Advising students on application procedures, visa applications, applying for accommodation, and preparing students for their studies in the overseas. Process a student visa application from start to finish.
∎ Should have good knowledge of sending students to Australia, Canada, UK etc.
∎ Assisting with activities to promote overseas education institutions represented by the Company.
∎ Maintaining accurate ledger and computer records of students counselled and applications sent to the, overseas.
∎ Liaising with students, other offices, and client institutions.
∎ Assisting with the general running of the office to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Filing Visa Applications with the respective embassies.
∎ Leeds generate and marketing in local area.
∎ Will be responsible for developing and maintaining a client database of international students, facilitating their enrolment and admission to different Universities.
∎ Able to provide education counselling for students to ensure the most appropriate course, country and university selection based on entry requirements and admissions procedures; Case and file management in accordance with agency procedure.
∎ Assist with developing a new relationship with providers (University Agreement).

∎ Client Relationship Management, Counseling, Customer Relation, Customer Service, digital market, Education Administration/ Management, Education Counseling, Sound Knowledge on Microsoft Office Package
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Immigration & Education Consultancy Service, Immigration/Visa Processing, Consulting Firms, College, University
∎ Result-orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve targets.
∎ Committed to work on long term
∎ Excellent command of spoken and written English as well as the local language.
∎ An ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, students and other members of the public of all age groups and social backgrounds.
∎ Ability to learn on own initiative and research best study options for students.
∎ Flexibility over working hours
∎ Good IT & Social Media Management skills.
∎ Good communication & managing skill
