Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting or Finance, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting/Finance
∎ Masters/ MBA major in Accounting/ Finance
∎ Professional Certification: CA-CC, CA / ACCA partially qualified.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare reports on Audit findings.
∎ Checking & Verification of bill, vouchers and others supporting documents.
∎ Checks cash purchase bill and verifies with market price. Conduct regular market surveys for price verification of various spare parts, accessories items, materials, prepare a report.
∎ Pre-check and post check of Bills, Voucher, Party payment, also Checks various party bills, procurement, Import-Export, and disbursement procedure.
∎ Checking all production, inventory, and accounts related control register, sub-register, and its balance,
∎ Collecting, checking, and analyzing spreadsheet data for working, overtime, holiday hours.
∎ Conducting pre-audit of all types of payments, incentives, employee benefits, arrears, or unpaid salary wages.
∎ Checking of books of records such as cashbook, Party/ subsidiary ledgers, store register etc.
∎ Have capacity to conduct risk-based audit as per internal Audit plan at Head office and all Depot/ Zone office anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Factory / Depot warehouse inventory Audit.
∎ Check monthly salary sheet, weekly wages sheet & OT sheet of the employees/workers of the group.
∎ Check & verify inventory balances through performing periodic physical counting.
∎ Perform Pre-Audit & Post-Audit of all different kinds of payments to ensure compliance with existing policies.
∎ Check bill/ voucher/ requisition/ delivery challan, gate pass or any others documents.
∎ Check daily local purchase bills, petty cash book, and all types of payments & receipts vouchers.
∎ Perform Cashbook audit, the record of cash transaction & disbursements.
∎ Calculate actual CM of the product
∎ Identifies process loss/wastage and report to superior
∎ Investigates various claims/grievance based on management instruction
∎ Examine inventory to verify journal and ledger entries.
∎ Checking monthly statements and records are accurate reliable.
∎ The incumbent candidates should have sound knowledge on VAT & TAX to implement in works as per government rules.
∎ As an Internal Auditor, perform routine audit work in factories of the group.
∎ Assist in any special inspections, investigations, examinations or reviews on frauds, suspect cases or irregularities requested by the senior management.
∎ To perform any other assignment as by the concern authority in time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 2 to 5 years of experience in internal audit in any reputed RMG/ or any large manufacturing industry.
∎ Self-driven, sincere, dynamic, hard worker
∎ Should have experience in software/Oracle-based accounting system
∎ Excellent presentation and reporting skills
∎ Excellent communication both in written and speaking in English
∎ Should have mental acceptance of frequent travel to factories
Salary: Negotiable
