∎ CA course complete will get preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Cost Tracking and Analysis:
∎ Track project costs, including labor, materials, subcontractors, and overheads.
∎ Analyze cost variances and report discrepancies to project managers.
∎ Implement corrective actions to control costs and avoid budget overruns.
∎ Budget Management:
∎ Develop and maintain project budgets in collaboration with project managers.
∎ Monitor project expenditures and ensure they align with the approved budget.
∎ Provide regular budget updates and forecasts to stakeholders.
∎ Financial Reporting:
∎ Prepare and submit accurate and timely financial reports for each project.
∎ Generate project-specific income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
∎ Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory reporting requirements.
∎ Compliance and Audit:
∎ Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
∎ Maintain accurate and organized financial records for each project.
∎ Collaboration with Project Teams & Head Office:
∎ Work closely with project managers, procurement teams, and other stakeholders to ensure financial alignment.
∎ Risk Management:
∎ Identify financial risks associated with projects and propose mitigation strategies.
∎ Monitor project profitability and flag potential issues early.
∎ Inventory Management:
∎ Track project inventory status on regular basis.
∎ Collaborate with HO-Finance, project coordination and project store office to track end to end material status.
