Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's in Accounting with any professional degree of CMA/CA/ ACCA at least Part-2 complete in relevant professional degree.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review and Check income request of requisitions and purchase order according to Approval.
∎ Be a Part of a member of procurement committee & check the quota price accordance with vat & Tax
∎ Reviewing the supplier bill with C/S and purchase order.
∎ Check the final bill to the suppliers according to purchase order and monitoring the process of bill preparation.
∎ Ensure the final bill is subject to Vat & Tax deduction according to applicable NBR rules.
∎ Receive complains from students regarding financial matter and to solve as per University policy or address to higher management as required.
∎ Assist in coordinating and response accordingly to internal & External Audit quarries.
∎ Prepare monthly report to Dy. Director/Director of all Vat & TDS against supplier bills along with copy of the challan ensuring all Vat & Tax been paid within specified time.
∎ Allocation of monthly actual expenditure in different accounting Head, compare with budget and report monthly on variances to Director
∎ Prepare and submit report for the Tax authority.
∎ Preparation of Draft Annual Financial statements and report to Dy. Director.
∎ Handling day to day petty Cash transaction.
∎ Other tasks assigned by the departmental head and treasurer.

∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Computer Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel (Basic and Advance Level) is must.
∎ Good speed in English typing.
∎ Good communication skill in Bangali & English.
∎ Sound knowledge on Vat & Tax rules.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ As per BU pay Scale
