∎ • Teach Spoken English and IELTS effectively
∎ • Stay at the academy (optional for residential teacher)
∎ • Provide 1-to-1 support and problem-solving anytime students need
∎ • Guide students with career counselling, mindset building, and discipline
∎ • Be available full-time with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment

∎ • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (English background preferred)
∎ • Proven experience in teaching Spoken English / IELTS
∎ • Fluency in English speaking and writing
∎ • Ability to inspire and uplift weak students
