Manage phone calls, reply to messages, and handle social media communications.
Facilitate student enrollments and maintain accurate data entries.
Conduct desk-based sales & marketing to achieve monthly targets.
Assist in organizing promotional events and seminars.
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain office discipline.
