∎ Implement systems to minimize waste and manage food costs effectively.
∎ Conduct regular inspections and address any issues promptly.
∎ Lead, motivate, and mentor kitchen staff.
∎ Maintain and improve food quality and presentation standards.
∎ Address and resolve any customer complaints or feedback.
∎ Develop and manage the kitchen budget.
∎ Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
∎ Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service.
∎ Communicate effectively with management and staff.
