Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Designation: Sourcing Field Executive
∎
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ -          Conducting comprehensive market surveys and research to identify potential resources in the real estate market.
∎ -          Conduct and attend regular field visits to real estate sites for a firsthand understanding of the market dynamics.
∎ -          Initiate effective communication and meetings with property owners/property management to identify potential opportunities.
∎ -          Collaborate and liaison with real estate agents and brokers to foster strong working relationships.
∎ -          Meet with landlords to build robust connections, addressing their needs and concerns proactively.
∎ -          Source diverse property information and provide detailed reports to the management.
∎ -          Keep the management informed about sales progress at regular intervals.
∎ -          Implement and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
∎ -          Perform additional tasks assigned by the management.

∎ Job type: Contractual 6 months.

∎ Education:
∎ -Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from any UGC-approved university.
∎ Experience:
∎ -Minimum 2 Years of Experience in Real Estate Industry.
∎ -Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ -Excellent communication skills both in Bengali and English.
∎ -Must have a motorbike and valid driving license along with a good smartphone.

∎ Salary and Other benefits:·
∎ Salary: Negotiable, Phone bill and bike allowance·
∎ Weekly 5 days’ office (Sunday- Thursday)
∎ Office time: 9.30 AM- 6.00 PM
