We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Software Product Manager to join our growing team. As a Software Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support to deliver products that align with the company`s vision and meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap in alignment with the company’s vision and goals.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer engagement to refine prioritized product needs.
Own the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of features and consistent communication with stakeholders.
Build and maintain relationships with customers and prospects to gather and analyze feedback for current and future product development.
Engage with cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales, Client Success, and Engineering, to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
Provide product marketing with insights on key differentiators and messages to enhance product positioning.
Manage all aspects of the product life cycle, focusing on profitability, customer feedback, scalability, and pricing strategies.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, coordinating closely with marketing and sales.
Communicate product vision, value proposition, and release goals clearly to cross-functional teams and leadership during the release planning process.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate product concepts into technical requirements, prioritizing features in the product backlog.
Facilitate agile processes, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and removal of blockers for smooth sprint execution.
Ensure a user-centered design approach by working with UX/UI teams to deliver intuitive, customer-focused features.
Track, analyze, and report on KPIs, user adoption, and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Utilize data-driven decision-making methods, including A/B testing, to validate product hypotheses and prioritize features.
Continuously assess product success metrics and adjust strategies based on performance and evolving market needs.
