Job Context:
∎ We are a Group of Companies. We have our own IT Company to support our Business locally and Abroad.
∎ We are looking for an Android developer using Java responsible for the development and maintenance of applications aimed at a vast number of diverse Android devices.
∎ Primary focus will be the development of Android applications and their integration with back-end services. Therefore, commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality products is essential.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design, develop, test, and implement innovative Android mobile applications using Java.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
∎ Integrate applications with web services and ensure optimal performance.
∎ Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in a timely manner.
∎ Participate in requirements analysis.
∎ Collaborate with other developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
∎ Write clean, scalable code.
∎ Test and deploy applications and systems.
∎ Revise, update, refactor, and debug code.
∎ Improve existing software.
∎ Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
∎ Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support.
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technology advancements.
∎ Participate in Agile development methodologies and contribute to the development process.
∎ Work with remote data via REST and JSON, and integrate third-party libraries and APIs.
∎ Ensure the application is secure and follows best practices for mobile security.
∎ Participate in code and design reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to standards.
∎ Document software design and implementation decisions.
∎ Participate in the deployment of applications to the Google Play Store.
∎ Continuously evaluate and optimize application performance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong knowledge of Java, Android SDK, and Android Studio.
∎ Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and creating integrations with web services.
∎ Proficiency in using Git, Agile development methodologies, and bug-tracking tools.
∎ Understanding of Material Design and ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues in a timely manner.
∎ Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON.
∎ Familiarity with third-party libraries and APIs.
∎ Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
∎ Nice to have good knowledge of Fintech, MFI, and Banking applications development.
∎ Willing to learn new technology like Flutter.
∎ Nice to have one or more apps on play store.
