∎ Currently, we are seeking an experienced Senior Software QA Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. As a Senior Software QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
∎ Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
∎ Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
∎ Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open-source tools.
∎ Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs.
∎ Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
∎ Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.
∎ Monitor the debugging process and investigate the causes of non-conforming software.
∎ Train users to implement solutions and improve software quality.
∎ Track quality assurance metrics, such as defect densities and open defect counts.
∎ Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 2-4 years of proven experience as a Senior Software QA Engineer or in a similar role.
∎ Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
∎ Experience in designing and implementing test plans and test cases.
∎ Proficiency in using open-source automation tools for test script development.
∎ Excellent bug-tracking and debugging skills.
∎ Knowledge of regression testing techniques and strategies.
∎ Familiarity with system requirements analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
∎ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
∎ Ability to prioritize and manage testing activities effectively.
∎ Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with emerging testing trends and tools.
∎ Basic understanding of programming concepts.
∎ Proven work experience in software quality assurance.
∎ Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
∎ Hands-on experience with black box testing.
∎ Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
∎ Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
∎ Additional experience in performance and/or security testing is a plus.
∎ Additional experience in ERP/SAAS applications is a plus.
