∎ Ability to explain technical terms in a clear and structured manner
∎ Familiarity with Google Docs, Word, Notion, or other documentation tools
∎ Basic knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
∎ Knowledge of tools like Draw.io, Figma (for flow or UI reference)
∎ Exposure to Agile development process or Jira
∎ Experience creating documentation for academic or project purposes

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in writing Software Requirement Specification (SRS) documents based on inputs from developers, QA, and business teams
∎ Create feature documentation, user guides, and product flow diagrams
∎ Prepare meeting notes, functional outlines, and process documentation
∎ Work closely with product managers, engineers, and testers to clarify functionality and requirements
∎ Ensure that all documentation is organized, clear, and up to date
∎ About the Role: We are looking for a Software Documentation Intern who has a technical mindset and a passion for writing. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates in CSE or related fields who want to explore the documentation side of software development and product lifecycle.
