Job Summary:

Trionix IT is a fast-growing digital marketing agency seeking a skilled and motivated Software Developer to design, build, and maintain high-quality web applications for internal systems and client projects.

This role is ideal for developers who can own projects end-to-end—from architecture and development to deployment and continuous improvement. We strongly believe in practical capability and prefer real-world skills over formal certificates or degrees.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain web applications from scratch

- Build and manage backend systems using modern frameworks

- Develop, integrate, and maintain APIs, databases, and third-party services

- Implement and follow Git-based version control workflows

- Set up, manage, and improve CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment

- Deploy, configure, and maintain applications on cloud servers or VPS platforms

- Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and strategy teams

- Debug, test, optimize, and refactor existing applications

- Ensure applications meet performance, security, and scalability standards

- Provide ongoing technical support and enhancements for active projects

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong practical skills in software or web application development

- Proficiency in relevant frontend and backend programming languages and frameworks

- Hands-on experience with Git version control systems

- Experience setting up and working with CI/CD pipelines

- Solid understanding of cloud hosting, VPS, and deployment processes

- Experience working with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) and API development

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills

- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience working in a digital marketing or software agency

- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Educational Requirements:

- No strict degree requirement

- Skills, hands-on experience, and real-world project work are highly valued
