∎ Employment Status: Contractual & Initial 1 ( one) year contract with the possibility of extension depends on performance.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Social Sector Trainer will be responsible for the following tasks:
∎ Overall planning for the project implementation at the Field level
∎ Coordinate with NGO network, Primary Organizations (PO), Federations and Civil Society Organizations and other stakeholders in project area
∎ Implementation of program activities according to the designed plan
∎ Ensure the implementation of all activities of the project qualitatively and quantitatively
∎ Attend formal and informal meetings with beneficiary and stakeholders
∎ Coordinate and organize field level events, training and meetings
∎ Provide support in data collection process like preparing monitoring report, baseline/midterm as well research
∎ Prepare monthly reports, event reports, and other data reports, as required
∎ Develop success story/case study
∎ Contribute to implementing gender mainstreaming in the program areas
∎ Monitoring social sector-based work.
∎ Responsible to prepare the social action plan, work plan, and observe the social sector challenged.
∎ Capable to promote different social activities.
∎ Ensure project visibility in the project area.
∎ Carry out any other activities as and when required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 03 years' experiencnce in NGO Field . Training & Advocacy related experienced candidate will be preferable
∎ The applicant should have additional experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Commitment to an understanding of Uttaran's core values and principles.
∎ Demonstrated competency to work independently with minimum supervision.
∎ Have excellent writing, reporting, and analytical skills.
∎ Have excellent knowledge and skill in Office applications (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel).
∎ The position will require travel within remote rural areas
∎ Skilled in Motorcycle driving with valid driving licence.
∎ Self-motivation, goal/result-orientation, and team work.
Salary:
∎ Monthly TK. 21,400 (including all benefits)
