∎ Master Degree in Social Science/Social Welfare Development/Anthropology/ relevant disciplines.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Explore links between society and anthropological behavior;
∎ Conduct field studies of cultures and collection of anthropological information;
∎ Formulate research questions to capture Indigenous Technical Knowledge;
∎ Participate in qualitative and quantitative data collection and assessment which include direct observation, visual ethnography, key leader engagement, participant observation, in depth interviewing, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), surveying, secondary source research, and mixed method approaches;
∎ Exploratory data analysis of collected data and information;
∎ Provide advice on all phases, types of socio-cultural research, and analysis to develop a common operating platform of the socio-cultural environment achievement with recommendations;
∎ Provide input to derive public perception surveys, Focus Group Discussion (FGD) & Key Informant Interview (KII);
∎ Conduct numerical and trend analysis;
∎ Collect primary data and information for the social study;
∎ Utilize all study design elements to organize, track, and manage data;
∎ Assist to undertake and conduct Social Impact Assessments (SIA) and resettlement activities, including preparing Resettlement Action Plans (RAP), Livelihood Restoration Plans/ Frameworks and Compensation Action Plans;
∎ Assist to prepare Community Development Plan and Stakeholder Engagement Plan & Implementation Monitoring plan for the relevant study.

∎ Knowledge about social sampling, test methods, and analysis of data
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and willing to take challenge
∎ Skills in good writing and verbal communications
∎ Willing to work in multi-disciplinary team
∎ He/she has to go to field as when required
