Responsibilities & Context:
Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others
Create, curate, and post engaging content that aligns with our brand, sales goals, and customer needs
Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote our services, generate leads, and drive traffic to HireAxies.com
Follow up with potential clients and candidates through social media platforms, email, or phone to nurture relationships and answer inquiries
Engage with customers via calls or messages to understand their demands and provide relevant service information
Analyze candidate CVs, assess their skills, and suggest suitable overseas job opportunities
Collaborate with the recruitment team to align candidate recommendations with available job openings
Assist in preparing candidates for overseas job interviews by providing guidance based on their qualifications
Use social media tools to identify sales opportunities, customer needs, and candidate leads
Run paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to drive customer acquisition and job applications
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Analyze the performance of social media campaigns and provide reports with actionable insights, including customer engagement and lead conversion rates
Stay updated with the latest trends in social media and customer engagement strategies to grow our audience and boost sales
