Experience:
6 years of progressive experience in social media management, preferably in higher education, corporate communications, or the development sector.
Experience managing and coordinating with creative or digital agencies.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content strategies, and paid digital advertising.
Proficiency in digital tools and software such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva/Adobe Creative Cloud, and scheduling tools.
Excellent writing and storytelling skills in English and Bangla, with strong attention to detail and creativity.
Understanding of branding, audience segmentation, and digital engagement strategies.
Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret analytics and recommend actionable insights.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and external partners effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the University`s vision, mission, and communications goals.
Lead campaigns showcasing academic programs, research, student life, achievements, and institutional events.
Create, curate, and manage engaging, high-quality content for multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X/Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
Ensure brand consistency in tone, design, and messaging across all communication channels.
Collaborate with academic and administrative units to gather content and promote initiatives effectively.
Coordinate with creative, media buying, and digital marketing agencies to design and execute impactful campaigns.
Provide clear briefs, objectives, and timelines to agencies and ensure alignment with University brand standards.
Oversee the quality and alignment of agency-produced content with BRAC University`s brand standards
Monitor agency performance, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of deliverables.
Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics including engagement, reach, and sentiment.
Generate insights and recommendations to enhance content quality and campaign effectiveness.
Present periodic social media reports with data-driven strategies for continuous improvement.
