Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
∎ Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports on metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions.
∎ Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive community.
∎ Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content (e.g. text, photos, videos and news).
∎ Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor.
∎ Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preference
∎ Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
∎ Expertise in management of LinkedIn & Facebook pages
