Experience:
Experience: 2–3 years in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or a related role.

Copywriting and Creativity: Strong writing skills and ability to create engaging contents.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social media scheduling tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
Flexibility to work occasional overtime or accommodate time zones.

Kakatuwa Media Ltd. is in searching of potential candidates for the position of Social Media Manager who will be responsible for managing Social Media for organization’s and other assigned tasks. The candidate must have skills in Social Media Management from one Digital Dashboard.
Job Summary:
The Social Media Manager is responsible for managing an organization's social media presence, developing and implementing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and support revenue growth. This role involves content creation, performance analysis, community management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives. In this connection we are looking some competent candidates to create values in this position integrating with strategic plan and operational performance to all arenas of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development and Execution
* Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals, organization’s vision and mission including organic and paid campaigns.
* Highlights the academic programs, research opportunities, student engagement, local and global achievements and departmental events.
* Manage paid advertising on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok etc.
2. Content Creation and Management
* Create high quality contents for multiple platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc. (e.g., posts, videos, graphics) tailored to each platform's audience.
* Collaborate with designers, videographers, and content creators to produce multimedia assets.
* Schedule and publish content using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social, also ensuring brand consistency.
3. Community Engagement and Customer Service
* Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster community interaction.
* Coordinate with digital marketing agencies to design and execute fruitful campaigns.
* Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly to maintain brand reputation.
* Encourage user-generated content and manage influencer partnerships.
4. Analytics and Reporting
* Track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics or native platform insights.
* Prepare reports on campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
5. Collaboration and Cross-Functional Support
* Work with marketing, PR, and communications teams to ensure brand consistency.
* Support broader digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, and email campaigns.
