∎ Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
∎ Master’s in a relevant field is an added advantage.

∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing, implementing, and managing social media strategy across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, alongside building LinkedIn outreach.
∎ Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to produce impactful social-first campaigns, as well as providing direction to and managing external creative agency and production partners.
∎ Measuring the success of every social campaign with a deep understanding of social media metrics and data analysis, balanced with driving new audience growth.
∎ Managing the strategy across earned, paid, and owned media.
∎ Utilising industry and customer insights to inform strategies and be an expert on social trends and new and emerging platforms.
∎ Managing the efficient deployment of budget aligned to overall goals.
∎ Monitoring the company's brand on social media.
∎ Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
∎ Responding to comments on each of our social media accounts.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3+ years of work experience developing and evaluating social media brand strategies.
∎ A mix of agency and in-house experience is preferred, including social media communications, brand marketing, and digital advertising.
∎ Experience overseeing editorial operations for major brands or in a media outlet.
∎ Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform.
∎ Ability to measure the success of campaigns.
∎ Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.
∎ Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 50000 (Monthly)
