Job Overview

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-oriented Social Media Manager who can take ownership of our social presence and turn it into a powerful growth channel. This role is not just about posting content, it’s about driving real business impact through smart strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective social media strategies aligned with business goals

• Manage and grow platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, and videos)

• Skilled in content planning, creation, and copywriting

• Track performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights

• Increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation

• Stay updated with industry trends and monitor competitor activities

Requirements

• Must have a personal laptop for daily work

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager

• Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, or similar

• Basic understanding of analytics and performance tracking

• Creative mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Must be able to work in-house from our Uttara Sector 10 office
