Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct captivating live presentations on social media platforms to showcase our range of healthy food products.
∎ Present the key features, benefits, and unique qualities of each product, emphasizing their contribution to a healthy lifestyle.
∎ • Engage with the audience in real-time during live sessions, answering questions, providing expert advice, and delivering exceptional customer service.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling content strategies and campaigns to promote our healthy food products on social media.
∎ Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.
∎ Stay informed about the latest nutrition trends, health-related topics, and industry developments to enhance product knowledge and credibility.
∎ Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 19 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Female candidates only.
∎ Must be presentable with excellent communication skills.
∎ Proven experience as a social media presenter, host, or similar role.
∎ Passion for healthy food and a sound understanding of nutrition principles.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and/or other languages.
∎ Familiarity with social media platforms, live streaming, and content creation.
∎ Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with customers.
∎ Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and informative content.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
∎ Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ excellent salary and benefits will be offered to deserving candidates. This is a permanent job opportunity with provident fund and performance-based salary increments.
