∎ HSC

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Online Customer support (Messenger) & Phone call support
∎ Manage and maintain the company's owned media including websites, Facebook page/Instagram Page, and email.
∎ Prepare sales action plans, strategies & schedule sales activity.
∎ Conduct research on market trends, brand's audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
∎ Develop relevant content, publish in digital channels, and regularly maintain the channels (Social media, web, email, etc.) to reach the company's target customers.
∎ Webpage admin panel management and control uploading capacities with basic web side development
∎ Assist the team in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy
∎ Monitor stock levels and analyze web sales versus store performance
∎ Monitor competitor and web sales trends to ensure web and Facebook page offer and experience is in line with customer expectations
∎ Online Product Management - Ensure that products are merchandised while ensuring that products are simple to find, but yet maximizing sale opportunities
