Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle total truck business of the company
∎ Applicants must have sound knowledge & skill about to operate transport
∎ Grab & arrange trips for the trucks
∎ To be able to handle driver, helper, accidental Issues, repair and maintenance.
∎ Supervise & check logbooks, fuel consumption, and routine maintenance of all the vehicles.
∎ Prepare & assign duty & roaster schedule of the driver.
∎ Drivers and Mechanics hiring to run the transport service smoothly.
∎ Ensure Timely availability of Transport as per requisition from the customers
∎ Prepare and present the report on the fuel consumption/maintenance costs, accident report for management use.
∎ Maintaining a database of all company vehicles (Vehicle registration number, Registration date, Configuration of the vehicle, Tax token, Fitness, rout permit renewal date, name of user, Type of fuel, and name of the driver, license no. etc.)
∎ Renewal of Vehicle paper from BRTA.
∎ Handling cash in hand, receivable, payable & physical stock verification, etc.
∎ Well-groomed personnel with full of enthusiasm having excellent communication skill & aggressiveness is preferable.
∎ Perform other tasks assigned by top Management & Head of Administration.
