Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide services to all types of customer queries, requests and complaints received through incoming calls, e-mails, live chat and social media.
∎ Manage customer databases and regularly update databases as needed.
∎ Resolve any issues that arise in our brand's social communities.
∎ Serve through all the news portals and keep track on latest updates on our brands.
∎ Collaboration and planning with the Digital Marketing team.
∎ Maintain content calendar accordingly.
∎ Support in different types of content.
∎ Maintaining Communication with customers' regular basis and providing satisfactory support to customers as per their queries and requirements.
∎ Right attitudes for promoting Company's product and Brand image.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
