Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Facebook query management, including order management.
∎ Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and concerns on Facebook promptly.
∎ Process incoming orders received through Facebook, ensuring accuracy.
∎ Track order status and provide timely updates to customers.
∎ Resolve customer complaints or issues related to orders efficiently.
∎ Develop product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
∎ Engage with customers proactively to build brand loyalty.
∎ Maintain records of interactions and generate reports as needed.
∎ Stay updated on social media best practices and industry trends for continuous improvement.
∎ Office Time: 10 am - 8 pm
