Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an experienced person with energetic, determined and positive attitude, quick learning capability, who will be assigned job under the SMT Quality Department.
∎ Preference will be given to those who can join immediately after final selection and have Quality department experience from mobile phone / electronics item assembling factory.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide technical support to effectively and efficiently produce Printed Circuit Board Assemblies comprised of SMT (Surface Mount Technology)
∎ Work with ME engineers to establish process controls and troubleshoot SMT, 2D & 3D Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), Reflow, Selective Solder, In-Circuit Test, Functional Test, X-Ray and related equipment.
∎ Evaluates, implements, and monitors quality procedures and operating systems for the manufacture of printed circuit boards including operator training requirements.
∎ Establish and implement Quality systems (work instructions, boundary samples, data/changelogs, etc.) required to achieve zero-defect (single-digit PPM) quality performance.
∎ Provides ongoing product and process improvements to meet Quality, CI, and production goals.
∎ Provides "on the floor" technical and quality support as required for critical process/product issues.
∎ Ensures production equipment and process controls are statistically capable of meeting product-specific quality requirements and/or drives improvement activities required to achieve capability.
∎ Develops and supports new manufacturing processes
∎ Establishment and Maintenance of Quality Assurance System/Processes/Standards
∎ Quality Standard and Inspection Plan
∎ Customer Complaints Handling
∎ PCB soldering, Re-flow ,glue Knowledge
∎ Knowledge of Quality tools 8D, 7QC tools,6- sigma ,FMEA etc
∎ PCBA function test Basic knowledge
∎ Knowledge about NPI handling and normalization
∎ PCBA Visual Inspection Standards
∎ Critical thinking and Judgement skills
∎ Exceptional Handling
∎ Team handling and result oriented skills
∎ Any other task given by the authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Working knowledge of Quality problem-solving tools including, but not limited to, 8D methodology, five Whys.
∎ Proficiency with computer software programs (Microsoft products)
∎ Be good at English or Chinese
