Responsibilities & Context: 5 to 10 years Applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged) Additional Requirements Age: 20 to 35 years Only Male candidates are allowed to apply Must have at least 5–6 years of experience as a Shift Head in Slitting Machine operations in a flexible printing and packaging factory Educational qualifications may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates Must have prior experience in maintaining production-related inventory records and submitting accurate written reports to higher management Responsibilities & Context Job Description Operate slitting machines according to job specifications, including machine setup, operation, adjustment, and control Prepare requisitions for all necessary raw materials related to slitting operations and provide training to helpers Inspect produced goods according to the quality standards and instructions of the Quality Department Duties & Responsibilities Receive production schedules from the Supervisor/Production Department and prepare machines and materials accordingly Verify whether the supplied materials are correct for production Set up and operate the machine properly by maintaining accurate measurements and proper tension control based on product specifications Must have clear knowledge of slitting various types of materials, including slitting speed and tension settings for different jobs Solve stoppage and breakdown issues to minimize machine downtime Properly clean the machine after operations and return remaining materials correctly to the Store Department Ensure defect-free production and maintain optimum production rates according to Quality Department specifications Identify preventive maintenance requirements and report them to higher management Must be physically fit and mentally prepared to work 12-hour day and night shifts Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Production Department Compensation & Other Benefits Provident Fund Lunch Facilities: Fully Subsidized Salary Review: Yearly Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly) Other benefits as per company policy Skills & Expertise Machine Installation Machine Operator Job Location Narayanganj
