1. First & foremost thing to assist my spouse to keep my daughters calm & jolly
2. Spending quality times with my daughters to make their times more convenient by playing, reading books etc
3. Preparing (just mesh the foods & medicines) of my father to make my wife's task easier. My spouse will take the responsibilities to feed him via PEG-tube
