Educational Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have a Bachelor Degree or Three years Diploma degree from a Polytechnic Institute or any equivalent training institute on different types of trade
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate with staff, host community pre-vocational training instructors in ensuring respective implementation plans in line with the project requirements and standards.
∎ Provide technical support to the pre-vocational instructors from host community on skills development related program interventions.
∎ Support pre-vocational training instructors to generate working documents to facilitate project implementation.
∎ Motivate and ensure teamwork among pre-vocational instructors for greater ministry impact, in the Multi-purpose Center.
∎ Ensure quality in rolling out of the pre-vocational and occupational skill training within the established Multipurpose Children and Adolescent learning centres.
∎ Track and manage activity to ensure timely and cost effective project implementation.
∎ Participant in project management meetings, camp level education engagements and working group meetings within the respective camps.
∎ Identify capacity gaps for pre-vocational training instructors and work with the Skill training Coordinator to ensure needs are met
∎ Mobilize community meetings with children, adolescent, and key stakeholders at all implementation levels
∎ Build the capacity of pre-vocational instructor on delivering the training with quality, help them to plan their training as per Target household need and
∎ provide feedback to program participants and management
∎ evaluate and make recommendations on training material and methodology
∎ Handle logistics for training activities including venues and equipment
∎ Establish and maintain relationships with external training suppliers
∎ Manage training budget ,keep current on training design and methodology
∎ Ensure quality training by pre-vocational instructor with active participation in the Multipurpose Centre.
∎ Handle visitors including donors, support office and national office staff, stakeholders, in line with the child protection policy and behavioral protocol.
∎ Support the Skill training Coordinator to produce timely, accurate, compliant and quality reports
∎ Provide information for projects design, implementation, monitoring and reporting
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Must be ready to work in a multi-cultural environment
∎ Familiar with adolescent and youth development initiatives.
∎ Appropriate communication skill and approachable
∎ Must have no history of violation of children rights
∎ Cross-cultural sensitivity, flexible worldview, emotional maturity and physical stamina
∎ Ability to work in and contribute to team building environment
∎ Working with computer
∎ Past exposure to the Rohingya refugee situation and context with host community regrading skill development of youth and adolescent
∎ Awareness of disaster risk reduction
∎ Past experience working in team and collaboration with partners
∎ Key competencies of planning and organizing, communication skills, data gathering, analysis, problem analysis, problem solving, judgment, Facilitation skills, presentation skills. Coaching skills and also Team player
Salary: Tk. 50000 (Monthly)
