• Minimum 7+ years of experience as a fit technician/patternmaking/grading.

• Strong understanding of garment construction, grading, pattern-making, and fit assessment.

• Ability to interpret design intent and translate it into technically accurate garment specifications.

• Skilled in problem-solving, with a proactive approach to identifying risks and quality concerns.

• Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams and provide vendor training.

• Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset and strong organizational skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant technical software.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

We are seeking a proactive Size and Fit Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and establishing size and fit standards across all product categories. Providing technical guidance throughout the product development process. The position plays a vital role in risk analysis, process improvement, and technical support to ensure garments meet brand standards for size, fit, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for analyzing, developing, and establishing new size charts and grading in accordance with brand standards.

• Responsible for ensuring size and fit accuracy for both new and existing products.

• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to implement consistent size and grading systems.

• Provide clear guidelines to the Product Development and Sample Development Department regarding size and fit.

• Ensure the best possible fit for styles provided by the design team by converting concepts into techpack and accurate production samples.

• Evaluate all types of Development Sample. Inspect and approve samples based on construction, measurements, patterns, workmanship, garment presentation, and fit (on dummy and sample size sets).

• Provide technical advice and support to internal product development and QA teams for complex product items before and during production.

• Conduct special assignments and case studies to drive continuous improvement in size and fit quality and productivity.

• Advice the pattern makers and QA in checking patterns, specifications, and construction to ensure alignment with company standards.

• Organize Size and Fit technical seminars/workshops to improve our concern for product standards.

• Provide training and guidelines to improve their technical, quality, and operational capabilities.

• Support quality improvements across various sewing operations and assist in their implementation in our Sample & pattern development department.

• Take ownership of all size and fit-related technical issues throughout the product lifecycle.
