Experience:

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Security Service

• Bachelor/Honors
• Masters

• Must have graduation / masters from any reputed university.

• At least 5 years

• Must have sound physical and mental strength to handle situation under strain condition.

• Sufficient working knowledge on office applications and generate reports.

• Age: Not above 45 years old.

• The candidate should have working experience in the similar or service industries.

• The candidate should have working experience in Security Operations and Security Management.

• Computer Literacy: MS Office (Excel/ Word/ Power Point),

• The incumbent should have Security and Fire related trainings.

Experience:

• Must have at least 5 years’ security working experience with proven track record in any corporate environment.

• Working experience in oil and gas or safety sensitive organization will be treated as an additional advantage.

• Having working experience in armed forces Division as GCO level will be treated as an additional advantage and strongly encourage to apply.

Job Context

We are seeking for few talented youths, energetic, professional, diversified male and female employees in our organization to work with and look after only security operation related issues of the company in different locations.

Job Location: Sylhet Division (Jalalabad, Sreemangal, Habiganj).

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as an overall command post for the site and ensure close supervision of security operation at Client’s offices.

• Ensure pre shift briefings/toolbox meeting for deployed security personnel

• Share primary incident details in case of any incident

• Response and assist Emergency Management Response which includes activation of alarms (fire Alarm and Shelter-in Place)/Mustering and Head Counts.

• Ensure Primary Screening of all visitors are escorted in and out.

• Ensure 100% security check of any baggage, goods and supplies

• Issue Access Card for Access up to floors lift lobby

• Ensure personnel search for service, utility and maintenance service personnel at the entry and exit.

• Maintain continuous communication and follow the instruction(s) of SCR

• Conduct surprise physical patrol in each site.

• Check and ensure the incoming and outgoing materials are covered/authorized by appropriate gate pass and signatory.

• Coordinate with the SCR for deploying HGF or CPP in expat or any movement as required.

• Maintain all required registers appropriately.

• Report any safety related incident and hazard.

• Use Stop Work Authority (SWA) in case of any unsafe behavior by employee, visitors, contractors etc.

• Ensure GMS recording in a specific time interval

• As per Bangladesh Labor Law 2026.
