Job Context:
∎ Sentry Security Services Ltd. is looking for few numbers young, energetic retired armed forces personnel as a Site Security Supervisory for a diplomatic mission. The candidates should have at least 6-8 years` job experienced in the private security industry. CIVIL dynamic security supervisory level personnel may also apply for this position having at least 6-8 years` job experienced in the relevant field with immediate effect.
∎ Employment Status: Full-time 8 hours` duty (Business hour) & 2 days` holiday per week.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Serve as overall in-charge for respective shift operation.
∎ Conduct Pre-duty briefing for the shift security personnel for each the shift.
∎ Ensure Shift security personnel are fit for duty with net and clean uniform.
∎ Ensure shift security personnel are attending in time in each shift duty and attending briefing session.
∎ Ensure no security personnel leave their respective post without handing over the duty to next shift.
∎ Provide inputs to Site Operation Security Manager for weekly roster and leave plan for security personnel.
∎ Ensure necessary deployment from back-up for leave and sudden absenteeism.
∎ Supervise shift security personnel and monitor security personnel deployment as per roster.
∎ Monitor, Personnel and Vehicle Access Control, Search Operation conducted by security personnel.
∎ Report any non-functionally of security equipment which includes baggage scanner, walkthrough metal detector, access control system, CCTV, locks, light etc.
∎ Report and breach security of physical security arrangement of embassy premises.
∎ Ensure all post/Site orders are properly maintained.
∎ Inspect Daily incident register and other register are duly maintained.
∎ Conduct post inspection/patrolling at least 8 times in each shift.
∎ Prepare and share inspection report with project Manager.
∎ Maintain daily customer instruction register.
∎ Assist Customer emergency drill.
∎ Carry notebook while on site to take note.
∎ Carryout all instruction time to time given by embassy.
∎ Inform immediately about any security related information, i.e. hostile intruder, suspicious baggage/ vehicles /personnel activity.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Preference will be given to the retired Armed Forces Personnel (Retired NCO or equivalent preferred) having at least 6-8 years' job experience in the military service.
∎ For the Non Military Background Personnel may also apply for this position who is having minimum 6-8 years' practical job experience in Supervisory level position in the private security industry in UNITED ARAB EMIRATES or at any foreign Embassy, Consulate House, UN Bodies, Multinational Companies, INGO's / MGO's, Banks, Hotels, in Bangladesh.
∎ The candidate must be fluent in English (70 %) and should have the capability to communicate in English with the Foreign Visitor's and Embassy Staff's.
∎ The candidate has to be physically fit and having minimum 5' 6" in height.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable for highly competent candidate (BDT. 40,000.00 - 50,000.00 per month).
