Sales & Customer Service

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Monitor and improve customer service standards.

• Handle VIP customers and complex sales issues.

• Ensure proper product display, pricing, and merchandising.

Team Management

• Supervise and lead a team of 25+ sales and support staff.

• Schedule and monitor daily rosters, shifts, and attendance.

• Provide training, motivation, and performance evaluations.

• Resolve internal staff issues and maintain discipline.

Operations & Administration

• Oversee cash handling, daily sales reporting, and billing accuracy.

• Maintain and update inventory records in coordination with the storekeeper.

• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of the showroom.

• Handle showroom assets, utilities, and minor procurement needs.

Inventory & Stock Management

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with the warehouse or procurement team.

• Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.

• Manage tagging, storage, and display of new arrivals.

Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare daily sales summaries, staff reports, and weekly performance reports.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and showroom standards.

• Coordinate with head office for HR, payroll, and other administrative issues.
