Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Train and mentor staff
∎ Develop and manage sales teams
∎ Supervise sales staff
∎ Maintain inventory levels
∎ Ensure showroom displays are organized and clean
∎ Purchase inventory based on customer interest and market trends
∎ Implement marketing and sales strategies
∎ Meet with clients to renew contracts or discuss new items
∎ Reporting Prepare and analyze sales reports and Write sales and customer reports
∎ Leadership Delegate tasks, communicate effectively, and Solve problems.
∎ Other responsibilities Oversee order management.
