Job Context

X Ceramics Group, a leading name in the Tiles and Sanitaryware industry, is looking to hire dynamic professionals to join our X Tiles & Sanitary (X retails) team. Positions are available from Showroom Executive / Sr. Executive based on experience and skill level. The ideal candidates will be responsible for executing sales strategies and ensuring the distribution of our products across key markets.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the showroom including cleanliness, safety, and premium customer experience.

  • Monitor inventory & stock levels, ensure proper product display and visual merchandising standards.

  • Greet and assist customers, understand their needs, and provide suitable product knowledge & solutions.

  • Achieve sales targets (monthly/quarterly/yearly) through effective customer service, upselling & cross-selling.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, and contractors.

  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.

  • Supervise and motivate showroom staff; delegate tasks, monitor performance & provide necessary training.

  • Coordinate with Head Office, Marketing & Supply Chain for stock replenishment, campaigns, and promotions.

  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales, stock, and customer footfall.

  • Track market trends and competitor activities to support business growth.
