Responsibilities & Context: Job Responsibilities Greet and assist customers with product selection and inquiries Maintain neat and attractive display of products/merchandise Handle billing, cash handling, and POS operations Maintain stock levels and inform supervisor about low inventory Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the shop/outlet Assist in receiving, unpacking, and shelving new stock Handle customer queries and complaints politely, escalating when necessary Follow store policies, pricing, and promotional guidelines Prepare daily sales reports as required Employment Status Full-time Experience Requirements Freshers are encouraged to apply; prior retail/shop experience is a plus Additional Requirements Freshers and females are highly encouraged to apply Pleasant personality with good communication skills in Bangla Basic computer/POS knowledge is an advantage Honest, punctual, and customer-service oriented Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends/holidays Job Location Cox’s Bazar
